How are geographic boundaries managed?
Spime enforces geographic boundaries directly within the Business Portal, based on each party’s contractual arrangements.
System Administrators define the areas available to each Regional Representative. Regional Representatives can then allocate portions of their authorized territory to their Resellers, and Resellers can do the same for their Clients—always within their own permitted boundaries and according to their respective agreements.
The interface visually identifies available and restricted geographic cells, preventing users from assigning territories or creating Spimes outside the areas they are authorized to operate in.

How can I remove ads from Spime?
Upgrade to a Premium Membership for an ad-free Spime experience.
From the app, go to Profile → Membership and choose the Premium Membership option. Your membership renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Please note that while Premium removes the regular ads displayed by Spime, some Official/Business Spimes may still contain advertising placed by the organization operating that Spime.
What is the current state of the Spime platform?
The Spime mobile app has been in production since Summer 2024 and is available for both iOS and Android through their respective app stores.
The Spime Business Portal launched in Q4 2024 and continues to evolve alongside the mobile platform. We regularly introduce new capabilities, enhancements, and refinements across the Spime ecosystem.

I was at an event, but now that I've left I can't find the Spime or its photos. Where did they go?
Don't worry—the photos haven't disappeared.
While you're physically within a Spime's area, you can find it through Near Me. Now. Once you leave that area, however, it is no longer considered nearby and won't appear there.
If you want to stay connected to a Spime after you leave, simply Follow it while you're there. Following keeps the Spime connected to your account so you can return to it later.
If you take at least one photo or video inside a Spime, Spime automatically follows it for you.
When the Spime eventually expires, Spimes you've created or followed are preserved in your Archives, where you can revisit their photos and videos.
The simple rule: If you want to find a Spime after you leave, Follow it.
