Imagine spending private moments with your family and friends at home. You’ve set up a Spime with a 100-meter radius to ensure everyone present is included, even those in the backyard. However, you soon realize that random people walking outside your home can see your Spime and potentially sneak into your group’s photos because they fall within that 100-meter radius. Not good!

Enjoy Peace of Mind

With Spime’s security settings, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your private moments remain just that—private. Whether you’re hosting a family gathering, a small party with friends, or simply enjoying some downtime in your backyard, you can rest assured that only the people you choose can access your Spime.

Lock Down Your Spime

To maintain your privacy, you need to lock down your Spime. You can easily enable security on your Spime to allow only the nearby people you want to join. Here’s how:

  1. Edit Your Spime: Open your Spime settings and tap on “Private”.
  2. Lock Your Spime: Your Spime is now “locked”.
  3. Share Access: Tap on the Spime’s thumbnail in the top-left corner of the “Spime Details” screen to view the password and a QR code. Others can scan this QR code to unlock it instantly.

By following these steps, you ensure that only your invited guests can see and join your Spime, keeping your moments truly private.

The Security Feature is Free for Everyone

One of the best aspects of Spime’s privacy features is that they are accessible to everyone. Both Free and Premium members can utilize the “Private Spime” feature at no additional cost. There’s no need to spend tokens either, making it a convenient and inclusive option to protect your privacy without any extra cost.

Keep your private moments secure

Privacy is crucial, especially when sharing personal photos and videos with your loved ones.

So next time you’re setting up a Spime, remember to lock it down and keep your precious moments safe.
